South Carolina Legal Services (SCLS) is a statewide LSC funded legal aid law firm that provides civil legal services to protect the rights and represent the interests of low-income citizens and other special populations in the state to provide full and fair access to justice.While working with SCLS, I was part of the team responsible for developing online classrooms and other document assembly projects to enhance SCLS's online legal resources. These projects consisted of reviewing online legal resources to ensure compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and developing a proposal with a set of recommendations for improvements. In addition, I had the opportunity to assist in developing proposed guidance for the future use of legacy content created by SCLS staff in the over one hundred online legal resources, including YouTube video and audio resources and our live Level Up Law Webcast.
