I worked with LSNV to create and develop a web app, Viva Translate, that would help to eliminate the language barriers between the attorney and the client. Viva Translate is an innovative messaging platform concept that that would allow an LSNV staff attorney to communicate with a client across languages. In doing this, I helped to work with the developer and LSNV project team in coordinating the dictionaries and updating the legal word glossaries/dictionaries to ensure accuracy in translation; and worked on setting up and coordinating various rounds of beta testing with staff and stakeholders. ‍
