My fellowship project supported the Minnesota Legal Services Coalition by creating digital "know your rights" fact sheets about criminal law. These fact sheets provided accessible information to help people understand their legal problems and take action. I also worked on video design and uploaded video content, making it easier for people to access legal information. The project had a significant impact on improving access to legal services and information for low-income individuals and families in Minnesota. My work creating user-friendly fact sheets, designing videos, and testing A2J interviews helped make legal information more accessible and understandable. I also reviewed trends on online advice sites, staffed LiveHelp, and conducted legal research to ensure that those seeking legal assistance received the support and guidance they needed.
