I assisted with all the major components of the technology project: Intake, Grant Management, Reporting, the LSO-specific Dashboard, and Case Transfers. Through my work, I learned about LSC eligibility and case acceptance guidelines, case management processes and all forms of intake. I also learned about how LSOs track time for attorneys and managing multiple funding streams. Throughout my fellowship, I supported collaborations with legal services partners to gather information and requirements for building a triage/eligibility component, grant management system, custom reporting requirements, custom dashboard, case transfer system; and with researching existing triage systems, existing grant management systems, reporting requirements for LSC and Clios existing products and how they can transfer to our current system goals.
