I was part of the team responsible for implementing a virtual video or walk-through of going to a Colorado courthouse. The virtual reality (VR) tour of a courthouse is help familiarize CLS applicants, clients and unrepresented individuals to the physical aspects and environment of a courthouse, to key court personnel, and to court processes prior to interacting with the courts in person. We used innovative 360-technologies to develop the VR tour to better prepare self-represented litigants and CLS clients when interacting with the courts. Data derived from project milestones, successes and challenges will be shared widely throughout the legal services community in Colorado and throughout the U.S.
