Joseph Caputo

During my fellowship, I supported the Self Represented Litigation Network with reviewing and updating their resources for compliance with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and proposing changes to update online resources to be more culturally responsive. I used existing data from interviews and other document assembly projects to enhance the online resources to be more accessible and developed a plan for consistent review and updating to best serve clients with different needs.
