My fellowship project supported Illinois Legal Aid Online, where I worked on a project to update and create automated documents using A2J Author and HotDocs, which made it easier for people to access legal information and services. Additionally, I reviewed and maintained ILAO's catalog of guided interviews, ensuring that they were user-friendly and informative. I also responded to user support requests through the website, providing help to those who needed it. As part of my work, I conducted legal research as needed in conjunction with the automated documents, ensuring that the information provided was accurate and up to date.
