I was part of the team responsible for improving the statewide legal information website, www.LawHelpMN.org, with better interactive content to enhance user learning. The new content integrated short, animated videos and knowledge tests within existing fact sheets. This project also incorporated real-time feedback for the online test-takers through live chat and other tools on the website. The project goal was to help website visitors better understand legal content by creating more engaging and interactive content. The project also involved using knowledge test results to revise fact sheets where results show the content was not clear.
