My fellowship project at Bono Net's LawHelp Interactive (LHI) program aimed to improve access to justice for those without lawyers by promoting awareness and adoption of LHI in the civil justice sector. As part of a strategic initiative, I conducted user research, data analysis, and communication activities aimed at advancing learning in the field about the vital role of user-friendly online legal forms in overcoming barriers to justice. To achieve this goal, I developed case studies and reporting dashboards to illustrate LHI's impact and facilitated community networking calls and focus groups to explore LHI's potential adoption and impact. Overall, my fellowship project had a significant impact on improving access to justice for those without lawyers, helping to advance learning in the field about the vital role of user-friendly online legal forms in overcoming barriers to justice. By developing case studies, reporting dashboards, and facilitating community networking calls and focus groups, I promoted awareness and adoption of LHI in the civil justice sector, ultimately helping to improve access to justice for those without lawyers.
