I assisted WTLS with transferring organization information over to Microsoft 365 and setting up a program-wide knowledge information system within SharePoint Online. My work included creating substantive law team sites, an intake team site with standardized scripts and case acceptance protocols, legal forms library, and administrative and HR sites.
