For my fellowship project, I assisted with the development and integration of a legal chatbot into the CLS website. I researched viability of access to volunteer attorney if chatbot does not go "deep" enough or is not specific enough to the user's information; gathered information regarding potential next steps for chatbot users; helped draft and test online form for users to file response to collections claims; and helped to solidify implementation and outreach plan.
