I was part of the team at Legal Aid of Wyoming responsible for developing an online application and triage system to guide clients to the best resources for their legal situation. The project consisted of developing features aimed to improve the effectiveness of the client experience. The features included: automatic calendaring of clients with attorneys and allow for text messaging between attorneys, paralegals, staff and clients. The goal was that the features would enable clients to access other legal materials, forms, articles and videos from the website. My project also included the implementation of a comprehensive outreach plan to publicize the legal services and the resources they offer.
