As a fellow, l assisted with the development and deployment of an online triage system, with the goal to provide eligible applicants with on-the-spot, targeted legal information and referrals regarding housing and family law in an accessible way, 24-hours a day, seven days a week. We used Guided Navigation and the Knowledge Resource Library in LegalServer to build out legal resource sharing and triage that is accessible to low-income people in our service area via web-based and text message-based options in multiple languages. Each user should "walk away" from the experience with legal information, a referral to a court-based Self-Help site, and/or knew to file an application for services with NLSLA.
